During your meeting

Depends on how official your meeting is with your Chinese, we have different focuses. For the official presentation, we focus on the know-how transfer; for less official lunch or dinner, we focus on the persons and relationship building; for unofficial sightseeing, we focus on brain storming and business opportunity.

Meeting and presentation:

Normally European hosts start a present and follows by a discussions with the Chinese delegations. Qualified interpreter is very important, we try to build up a network of professional Chinese business interpreters in Europe. Our founder Mr. Sandy Li Shenzhi have worked over 10 years as senior interpreter, he is a "technical interpreter + intercultural communication + business development 3in1". If we can not find one person who can manage all three tasks, we send 2 or 3 specialists to keep the best quality. You as customer, can focus on your presentation and your professional fields!

Lunch or Dinner:

After official presentation, there are occasions the host organization invites delegation lunch or dinner. This is good chance to get to know each other better, feel the trust between the new group. Who is the real boss? Who came here as a reward trip and what this person has achieved before? What can we benefit from the Chinese translator or the young assistant in the delegation? What is the real feedback from the presentation?

With our strong PR and networking skills, we build the bridge between China and Europe. No Chinese want to start a business with you before they know you personally. In Europe nice dinner are arranged after signing a contract, in China, you have to pass several dinners before reaching the final contract.

Visits and sightseeings:

Many Chinese politicians are very busy in a daily base and hard to be reached in China. The time they spend in Europe worths 10 times and it's a unique opportunity for business development. During the one or two weeks staying in Europe, they experience new way of living and discover new way of thinking. They see visions are getting tangible and can be implemented in a different way. We talk about new ideas and we inspire them, we call this passive brainstorming.
